Since you're just under 200cm too, here's the pictures of my rear bulkhead conversion:









I did that conversion during the restoration of my Landy, but it's maybe possible to do that with the rear tub still fitted to the chassis.
The extra space is 160mm, and allows to adjust the seat further back, giving more legroom. If you have an RHD, look take care that you don't collide with the fuel filler

The parts I needed were
  • two door latch panels from a Series
  • left and right capping from a 109"
  • 1200mm x 1500mm sheet alloy, 2mm thick
  • 30mm x 20mm x 2mm alloy section, 1500mm long
  • lots of waterproof pop rivets 4.8 x 9.5mm and 4.8 x 11mm
  • patience

I guess the photos explain well, where I bended, cut and riveted the sheet
