I've also had problems. I bought a Used Approved P38A 4.6 from a Main London Dealer it had sooo many problems I sent it back (inc loose Front suspension, air con not working properly etc etc..). So they gave me a replacement I was told the car was a 4.6 Vogue happy with car, a few problems but a bit slow. Then the V5 arrived it turned out was a 4.0 HSE.. NOT HAPPY. The dealer was not being too helpfull in finding me a replacement car, so off to Land Rover CS the answer was "Oh if they have offered you a refund we are not going to get involved" Not what I would call a good answer as it's LR name and reputaion that will go... I now know why people move to BMW and MB.
