Stereo and steering wheel Problems on the Sport

Hi,

Had the sport for a week now and was telling someone yesterday how happy i was with it. Driving home yesterday the stereo locked onto one cd and i could not change it or use any functions on the steering wheel or turn the stereo off.

A garage said to bring it into them as pulling the fuse can be fiddly but I looked at the fuse board and there not joking. Im a bit annoyed as i dont have time in my day to drive over to a rr dealer just to pull a fuse.

Do RR have a roaming engineer's who could perhaps look at this problem?

Anyone had the same problem and should i expect this to happen more often?
