winch problem help

hi guys not posted on here before normally post on jap chat or in the yorkshire thread. however my brother runs a series 3 hybrid which see's the mud on a regular basis it on bearmach parabolics and a 2 inch lift and salisbury rear diff amongest other things well we have just purchased a 12000 lb winch but dont seem to be able to find a winch mount kit for this vehicle so have any of you done this before and where did you get the mount kit from or has it been fabricated up. dont worry im pretty handy with a welder. if needs be.

so any help from you guys would be a great help.

Not done it myself but would suspect you will need to buy a replacement bumper designed to house your model of winch.
