Hello
I've got a Y reg freelander and have no idea where to get it serviced and mot'd. We live in Surrey so any advice on nearby places with quick turnaround would be much appreciated as I have baby twins and life without car is not good. A nice daily tootle in the car keeps the nippers from whinging and keeps mummy sane. Husband has advised me to see if there is a specialist place (ideally not main dealer) that is good at the Land Rover family of cars but would not charge the prices of main dealers. He has found the private God of TVR servicing for his car and now I am looking for the equivalent God of all Freelanders. Any ideas?
Thanks,
Louise

unfortunately I'm not local to you so can't help on specfics but I'd certainly avoid main dealers on a car that age

my '51 plate Freelander is serviced by a non franchised LR guy and he's great

usually plenty advertising in yellow pages....

good luck
