Just put down a deposit on this;

Been looking for a few months and saw this at our local garage.

Was really impressed with the condition of the body work and interior. Engine and service history all looked A1, and has recently had the heater blender motors sorted, new sports exhaust (sounds rather nice!).

Managed to get 2 years warranty thrown in for the asking price too, which after reading some of the threads on here seems like a good idea!

Was worried a bit about petrol but though b***** it!, you only live once.

Hopefully picking it up in a week, can't wait. Sales people there are very nice, seem to know their stuff.

Wondered if people on here think it's a reasonable price to pay for a motor such as this?....

Absolutely gorgeous Rangie. You could have bought one cheaper but you get what you pay for, that looks a minter

keep the coolant system tip top, replace the air springs when they look worn around the bottoms and enjoy!

Lovely motor nice find and well worth the wait. Now if it was mine the grill would be off to the sprayers to be colour coded and I'd get those nice black (as found on the sport) Landrover logo's.

thanks for the comments.

in terms of the coolant system, what should I look to do every week / month to ensure tip top operation?

can you recommend any particular type of coolant, should I drain the system regularly?

Also, is there a Steve Heath type guide for maintenance I can lay my hands on?
