Has anyone here had any problems with fuel leaks? My 1999 Disco Td5 (115K on the clock) recently failed its MOT because of a fuel leak, manifested as a drip from the chassis cross rail just behind the engine. It was very difficult to spot the source of the leak but the foam on the underside of the acoustic cover that fits over the engine was soaked in diesel and the most likely culprit seemed to be the fuel cooler which is attached to the inlet manifold. These are on back order, however, with a delivery date of mid June predicted - good old Land Rover, helpful as ever! With the car off the road for lack of MOT I sourced a fuel cooler off e-Bay and got this fitted last week. All seemed to be well and it duly got its MOT. However, the leak has now reappeared - I suspect that it passed its MOT simply because everything had been cleaned up and the engine had not been run for long enough for the leak to become detectable - it seems to really develop when it's hot.
So, back to square one. Having replaced the fuel cooler, my top suspect now is the fuel pressure regulator. This sits on the side of the cylinder head at the back of the engine. Does anyone know if they have a reputation for giving problems and if they are serviceable or whether a complete replacement is needed? Also, I think it looks to be removeable with the engine in place but can anyone confirm that this is the case?
All suggestions gratefully received!

it will be the regulator, common as f£ck, did one on my mates td5 disco, and they parts guy at Landys said its very common
Yep. Took it to Frogs Island and let them do it and the problem is now solved. Just a shame I wasted so much effort (and cash) on the fuel cooler first!
