Anyione know what this means. I have a 02 (Current shape) Range Rover and it appears sometimes on startup.

Also have the annoying situation whereby the screen doesn't come on until the car is warm, it seems to have an aversion to the cold!

HDC Hill Decsent Control is a common error message - needs the dealer to plug in their T5 and this should sort it - would worry about it too much though not life threatening. On the screen side I would suspect water ingress this was a common problem and can cause failure of a lot of the clver stuff in the rear left compartment - if you have warranty left I suggest getting looked at. Hope this helps

Appreciate the quick reply. I dont have warranty, so maybe will wait until i am going downhill, have no brakes, and at that point rue the decision.

(Or maybe get my local man to plug in his reset tool)
