Hi folks, I've just ordered a P460e Range Rover Autobiography LWB and I'm quite excited/nervous. I've never had a Range Rover before, and it all came about quite quickly-I'm a chauffeur and a couple of my customers have been asking about them so I took the plunge..
As this is essentially a 'tool' for my job I've probably gone about it quite differently to a lot of owners, I've bought one without having driven one, I've only looked at a colleagues one, worked out roughly what spec I need and ordered one over the phone thats already built and available (I need one for a job booked in September so there was no time to do a fully personalised build)
Will post pics once I have it..

I dont think you'll be disappointed sir, they are lovely cars. `You may get unlucky and get one with issues but my view is that these are over reported. Ive had mine for 18months now and I cant see myself being in anything else. they eat miles, and everyone loves being wafter aaround in it.

Enjoy.

I was loaned a Belgravia green , Caraway interior Autobiography P550e recently with delivery miles. It was truly a wonderful car. Look forward to your updates.

So it turned up yesterday, it's a beautiful bit of kit and the drive is lovely. It's going to take me a while to suss it all out, I can't even work out how to turn on the interior lights yet!

I'm not sure why the picture didn't load, but anyway following on from the initial excitement a couple of issues have come to light.
Firstly the Meridian signature sound system-the so called flagship system is utter rubbish.
Secondly the paint finish is less than perfect on a couple of panels, I don't know if it's had repairs post production but pre delivery but in any case it's a bit disappointing. Dealer picking it up on Wednesday to rectify, but I don't hold out much hope that it's an easy fix..
Will update

That’s a challenging interior.

Hope they sort the paint issue.

disagree on sound system - we've got one, sounds great to me.
