It doesn’t really tell us much though. What model Discovery? Where parked? Security fitted.

Reg number and some more details might be helpful towards you getting it back. Lots of eyes on here.

Definitely getting a steering lock for mine.
Making it as hard as possible for them to get it away.

Plus a tracker fitted.

You beat me to it! biggrin

Sorry to hear about the theft though. Fingers crossed the insurance company isn't too unreasonable.

I must confess, I thought the D4s were not as susceptible to thefts compared to to the RRS and FFRRs. How new was the D4?

I have a LR DS. Due to all the bad publicity, I now have a steering wheel lock and I've disabled the auto unlocking. I also park it in the garage overnight. This will not stop a determined thief.

Whether it be a JLR product or any other it has always been the case to make your car the hardest to steal as these POS will always target the lowest hanging fruit.

There was a real epidemic of D4 thefts a while back. I knew two people who lost one. Weirdly, one of them turned up again about 2 years later! Police found it, I can't remember where though.
