Defender 90 wheel upgrade

Morning, I bought a hardtop defender last year brand new. Inspected it nicely or so I thought but the shells are irritating me looks wise.

So does getting bigger wheels affect the ride, (I have air suspension) and does someone do a part ex with my 19” black ones. I think I want 22”

Has anyone done this, and is there any interesting options out there. Opens to ideas.
