2018 L494 Adblue

I've had LR Assist out 4 times in 11 months for my adblue system (3 cleaning out injector/ 1 replace injector).
On todays visit the tech suggested I book the car into a dealer to get the adblue system flushed through.
I'm waiting for the dealer to call me back, but do you expect this will be a chargeable service or would LR do some preventative maintenance?
Any other suggestions for resolving this problem?
