It’s no longer called SVR but simply SV.
I wonder why. Before you had the SV which meant a luxurious version of a Range Rover, the SV Autobiography Dynamic which was, well, a bit more dynamic, and the SVR which was the bonkers version of the Range Rover Sport.
Now it’s just SV in the big proper Range Rover which isn’t at all sporty and the same SV in the Sport which is supposed to replace the previous SVR.
I owned the previous gen one in its last 575bhp iteration, lovely vehicle, but the new one doesn’t appeal to me in the same way as the old one did for some reason.
It’s just a bit bland.
I part exchanged my 21 SVR for a DBX707 at the end of last year, just waw, it’s just on an entirely other level, fit and finish, perfect blend of comfort mixed with amazing handling when you’re in the mood.
Carries 5 people in utmost comfort.
A truly special vehicle as opposed to a mass produced one.
