Land Rover with steam coming out of fuel cap

Dear all,

Me again with my Land Rover Discovery- Cazoo have still not sorted my tire issues and I now have three other issues included a NOX sensor issue where the car is on a count down to immobilization.

Just wondering if anyone is aware what might cause steam to come out of the fuel cap when refilling. It happens every time...should I be worried?
