Landy td5 defender limp mode

My Landrover td5 has a real problem. Starts up runs lovely , but press the accelerator more that 20mm an ping on comes the mil lamp and runs at idle .iv replaced all the wiring to injections and complete new genuine loom Red ECU plug . Tryed new throttle pedal . New plug and wiring pedal. Ecu checked ok .
And resetting when turned of and on even with ignition on press accelerator more than 20mm and it pings management light on so same even without engine started!. Also the Autel won't. Read it . Not communicating !
