Identify this bit

From underneath a Discovery 4 based in Dubai - photo from the garage showing some sort of failure. Impossible for us to identify at such close up...

Some sort of bushing where the rubber is starting to let go ?

Not sure how the air suspension works on LR stuff but it looks like it could be an airbag coming away from it's mounting.

Thanks all. They've not described it, this is the sole piece of evidence backing up a suggested bill. Have asked for further info.

In the absence of any clue whatsoever as to why it's in the garage in the first place the airbag guess looks like a pretty good one.

I thought perhaps a wheel bearing.
Odd that they wouldn't say what the bill is for...
