Upgrade Range Rover Key

Hi guys has anyone upgraded their old range rover key fob to the newer style?

Have had a good search but haven't found any info anywhere

It begs the question of why you’d want to do that?

Even if there’s an improvement in the security of the key it just seems like a good excuse for insurance company to avoid paying out on a potential theft claim.

The old style key is a lot more pocket friendly as well.

Just because its the same key for a car I had 10 years ago!
