300TDi Defender screen washer improvement

During the recent cold weather the usual problems with the Defender returned to annoy me:
The heater, even on full "to the feet" warm air emanates from the demister, this dries salt spray wihch the wipers struggle to clear because the washer jets can't supply enough water to clear all of the wiper arc.

I've fddled with the jets to change the aim but the basic problem being that it needs a better spray pattern.

Has anyone tried these?
