L405 ride heights check
Discussion
I recently watched a Youtube video where a guy was measuring his LR 322 ride heights and resetting them (admittedly after working on the suspension).
This got me thinking about the ride height on my 2016 4.4 sdv8 L405 so I went off to the local car park, found the most level piece of ground and took some measurements. I then turned the car round and took the measurements again. I attach a little chart my AVERAGE readings for both directions. As footnote, I have not had any work carried out on the suspension. This is just an experiment.
My question is,
(1) Have any of you tried this experiment?
(2) What measurements did to get?
(3) How do those measurements compare to mine?
(4) Is there any point in plugging into a diagnostic unit and trying a "reset"?
At the moment, I am happy with the ride qualities but just wondered how close to other L405's my car is. Apologies for quality of my chart.
