Bearmach gone out of business?

I've been trying to get onto Bermach's website for a few days and kept getting a messge saying "Bearmach is unable to fulfil your order today"

I just googled Bearmach and on the Google listing it says "Permanently Closed".

Amazed as they seemed to have a good, well recognised business.
