Help - Key locked inside car

I have a Discovery Sport and today I opened the boot, placed a bag in the boot, shut said boot and boom, I was locked out of the car with the key in the bag in the boot.

I don't not have a spare.

I'll be eternally grateful if you can let me know what I need to do to get my car open again ?

Best answer is to call your breakdown provider who will have ways to break in to the car. Hopefully you didn't double lock the car and they will just jimmy the door and pull the door handle.

Is it new enough to have incontrol fitted to it?

If so and you haven’t set it up yet then you might be able to set it up over the phone and unlock it through the app

InControl app is the answer, but if not set up then you need to pair the car by pressing the button in the car
