Bonnet/Tailgate lettering prices

I have heard and read lots of opinions on where to buy the lettering for the bonnet and tailgate on an L494.
Most of the sets I have seen and presumably most of those on Ebay would be the same, there is no curvature to them so they sit proud of the body panel.
Naturally, that is not what I'm looking for so on the advice of a bodyshop owner I went straight to JLR.
Popped into a dealership this afternoon and once I had convinced the parts guy that gloss black lettering DOES exist for these cars, he eventually quoted me a price of £296.00 and despite asking him, I'm still not sure if that included VAT!
The upshot is that I can't bring myself to pay that sort of money for some plastic lettering.
It's a shame that Powerful UK don't sell these any more because theirs were perfect.
My question is: Does anybody know of a supplier of these letters that retail at a sensible price, please?

Despite there being no response to my query, I managed to buy a very nice set of lettering with the correct curvature.
Came with templates (which had to be adjusted suit the model). Plus I avoided JLR horrendous prices as well.
