Supercharger Noise on 5.0 V8

Guys, I have a 2010 model year FFRR 5.0 Supercharged and there is a knocking noise coming from the engine. I took it to my local Land Rover specialist , who is very good, but living in Northern Ireland, has a lot more experience in diesels that petrols, however, the initial thoughts it was the dreaded tensioner chain system was on its way out. Thankfully it turned out it wasn't and possibly the water pump, but this was eliminated too. After much stripping, he disconnected the supercharger and the noise stopped. He sent me the attached video of him turning the supercharger by hand and the noise is there. Anyone any ideas how this can be fixed beyond replacing the entire supercharger?

Supercharger coupler. Same engine and S/C as the Jag 5.0 unit. I have both a RR 5.0 S/C and an XKR 5.0 S/C. When I first bought the Jag about 4 years ago it had a knocking noise on the S/C, it's caused by the coupler inside the S/C which connects the snout to the body.

Replacement couplers are now available for about £60 on ebay, reckon on about a days labour to strip and replace.
