Discovery Sport Cambetl change - what's a fair price?

Hi - March 2015 LR Discovery Sport 2.2d 7 seater is due a service in several weeks. It's done circa 65k miles.

LR dealer says the cambelt needs changing and quoted £695 inc vat.

Does this seem way too high or about right?
Is there anything else you'd change at the same time; such as water pump?
