Returning to the Land Rover Fold
Discussion
Hi everyone
After a couple of years break from LR after the last time LR dealers pushed me too, I've just bought another Land Rover. This time I haven't made the mistake of geting a vehicle so new I feel obliged to use the dealers and so will stick to specialists.
I've just bought a 97 P38 DSE, so far so good, just a couple of minor points need sorting.
The air conditioning needs some attention, but there are local specialists who can handle that.
The car came with only 1 key, is there anyone other than Land Rover who can cut keys?
Also before I collected it the battery was changed, so the radio lost it's key code. Once again does anyone know anyone non land rover who can help. I did try contacting the Land Rover dealer, but they mentioned charging for it. No other manufacturer I've dealt with charges for retrieveing this information.
Finally, what tyre pressures should it have?
Thanks for your time.
Todd
