What coolant for my discovery sport 2016 2.0 diesel

Hello!

I hope you're all doing as well as you can. I could go take it to an independant but i do like to try and do little jobs as and when i can.

Ive tried to search on here, online and halfords, amazon and other sites have all recommended different products.

Can someone let me know what coolant to put into my Discovery Sport? - is there even any difference between them?

I've had the coolant low light come on, I did see online i can top it up temporarily with water just to get it to the minimum to keep me going until it arrives is this also true?
