Hi

Just wondering if i'd notice the difference on a set of 20's instead of my currant 22's.

Be grateful for anyones opinion before I buy a set.

Errr... Yep.

FWIW - You'll get an even better ride on 19".

100% you will notice the difference!!!!

Until recently I had a 2016 / 66 plate Range Rover Autobiography. The 22 inch wheels looked great, but were awful to drive on and would often follow the camber of the road, I thought pulling the car towards the edge.

So I bought a brand new set of 2020 Range Rover 20 inch alloy wheels with brand new Pirelli tyres off eBay, all for £980.. One of the best things I've ever done with a car. For sure, the car won't look quite as good as it does with the 22's but it will be so much nicer to drive.

I currently have a new 5.0 SC LWB Range Rover Autobiography on order which should be delivered in the next couple of months. I have spec'd it with 22 inch wheels, just in case the longer wheel base softens the ride and allows for the 22's, failing that though, I've still got the 20 inch wheels with 7mm of tread waiting in reserve in a barn.

I'd say it certainly sounds like they're spoiling your driving pleasure, so I'd get them changed.

JLR sell what people want to buy, that is the main reason 22s are offered. In my view they look better on larger wheels and ride fine on 22s, but 21s are more comfortable if you're trying to flatten speed bumps and tyres are more reasonable.

Mine's on 20's (still much bigger than I'd ideally like) and rides just fine.
