Evoque Steering pump bolt failure

The One show on Thursday did a Watch Dog piece on the Evoque and the potential failure of the steering pump should the securing bolts fail, One Show say LR should do a recall given the potential danger.

Daughter has an Evoque, does anyone know if the securing bolts can be easily changed, or do you need to remove loads of bits to get to them?

You can buy new bolts off EBay for a tenner.
Did Mrs P100`s in an hour on a ramp. The originals are aluminium, so like chocolate.
The job is a bit fiddly but not hard.
