Defender 90 (L663) Radio not working

I just picked up my new Defender 90 - and love the car.

Unfortunately the radio worked for the first 2 days, but now has not worked for the subsequent 2 days.

The radio is not available to select from the infotainment screen, but I have managed to select the Radio by using the voice controls.

Unfortunately once open, it then has no volume (although the volume works for other items).

Any suggestions?

Take it into the dealer and ask for their help

Turn car on but not start it.

Press and hold the power button on the radio for 30 seconds.
That will reset the Pivi pro system.

That should hopefully get it working.

I have emailed the dealer, but save taking time off work, I was wondered if others had encountered the same issue.
