Looking to purchase a car in the next few months, can't decide so looking for some input.

Options are FFRR, RRS, Q7, Cayenne or X5. Petrol or diesel, no electric power to my parking space so hybrid doesn't make much sense at the minute. Either new or nearly new. There's only myself and my partner currently but that will change with children and/or dogs in the near future.

Not owned any of the above before, concerns about Land Rover reliability but only from the scare stories that the internet seems to perpetuate. The FFRR I imagine will be the comfiest/most luxurious but worried that it might be too big? Head says Cayenne is perfect size but to get to a comparative spec to an Autobiography is £15k plus and haven't seen anything nearly new for a while that comes close.

Anyone that went through a similar decision/has driven more of the above have any comments to make? Will look to test drive as and when possible in the next month or so.

I have had two Range Rovers and currently got FFRR 5.0 V8 SCharged Autobiography it is 2015 model
It had low milage and good service history
It is fantastic I get around 19.2 MPG - Urban driving does kill the MPG the best I have seen is 29 MPG on the motorway
Any of these big beasts will cost money to service and run
I have had no issues with my cars
It is like a cosy sitting room on wheels
Size the parking cameras are good and just think you are driving a van
I have just had mine remapped pushing 605 and so in SVR country
Go for a test drive you will like it

Is the 5th gen FFRR due out soon? I’d be waiting for that if buying new. Or if happy with current model wait for it anyway and get a better deal.
