Td5 defender new battery

Hi All,
Despite being on an optimate charger the recent spate of cold weather has been the death of my Varta in the Landrover. It was a landrover-supplied battery but I cant see it anywhere at present and wont be taking a trip to local dealers for a while. Cant complain - had about 9 years' use out of it.
Please can anyone give me recommendations of which batteries are currently popular/well regarded - Google-Fu shows mosts posts about td5 defender batteries ended a few years ago.
Other option is to buy the biggest one that will fit and has decent cca.
