2020 MODEL DEFENDERS FOR SALE.

Can someone tell me why are there so many low mileage, Pre Registered, and brand New Defenders for sale with loads of money off. Brand new defenders with up to £8000 off .
You walk into the LR showroom and ask a discount for a new order and the salesman says NO discount. Are the ones advertised are the old 2020 model with the old 4 cylinder Diesel engine or with a very high spec, same price as a Range Rover Sport, I know which one I would have !!!!!!!

I think it’s because people bought Defenders however then realised they could have a RRS for the same money and so cancelled their Defender orders.

I’d imagine that they are the ones with the old engine.
Normally new LR models are in high demand for a couple of years after launch.
I can’t think that it could have suddenly dawned on a lot of people that they could have got a RRS instead.

Apparently, many of the purchasers of the four cylinder cars want to swap to the new six cylinders. Hence, suddenly the four cylinder Defenders are slightly unloved.
