Disco5 service schedule v warranty?

My D5 was first reg 27/12/19. My understanding is that it has 16k/1yr service interval. I tried to book it in early Dec20 when it was approaching 16k but could not get booked until mid Jan 21. It is currently at 16.8k miles, but at current rate of use it will have 17.5k by time first serviced. It will still be within 1 yr. Will this amount of extra miles risk the warranty later if major claim? Is there a stated max miles over allowed. +1k?
