Is my PCP deal worth keeping given the diesel 2030 news?

I bought a 2019 D5 HSE Lux in August with 8k miles from a main dealer on a 3yr PCP. I’ve been considering paying it off or refinancing on HP at a cheaper rate. But with the, as yet unknown, impact on residuals given the announcement of the 2030 date for the end of diesel sales, I’m wondering if it’s worth keeping the PCP. It is effectively a worthwhile “put” albeit it an expensive one.

Any thoughts appreciated.
