Is anyone else having problems with Incontrol tracker. I have had a new Defender for a week and am getting texts, emails and phone calls to tell me my vehicle has been stolen the last one 6am in morning! The car is secure in my garage. I have brought this to Land Rover attention via customer services who have now come back to me saying their is no fault with the vehicle therefore the garage must be blocking the signal so can I park it outside the garage!!!!!!

I had some issues but it was due to my mobile phone holder unsticking from windscreen
I realised after the 2nd time.

I had to jump start one of ours from t'other a couple of weeks ago. Bring on InControl texting / phoning to inform me that both of my cars were currently being stolen. I was surprised by the lack of identify verification that happened during that call. All I said was that one was being used to jump start the other and was told "okay no problem we'll remove the alert goodbye" sort of thing. If both of my vehicles genuinely were being stolen and I had, lets say, left my phone in one of them - surely this defeats the purpose of the tracker somewhat?
