Range Rover L405 tow bar question.

When I bought my L405 the removable rear bumper panel was not flush. I didn't think any more about it, but I may need a tow bar fitted and I am wondering if the former owner had one fitted.

I can of course remove the panel, but would there be any internal cues if one is fitted alread?

No just remove the panel which will take less than a minute and you will see immediately if it has the detachable towbar option.
