Thinking about getting my defender re-sprayed a different colour. Does anyone have any advice or a rough price of how much it will cost?

Anywhere between £1000 and £5000. Depends what all you want done, how well you want it done. Also depends on the condition the vehicle is in now, is it rusty? Is there any bad dents etc

You pay for what you get when it comes to bodywork. Then again it’s only a defender lol

They aren’t easy vehicles to respray well due to the sheer number of panel joins and other imperfections (rivets, body cappings, seals between tub and roof etc).
You get what you pay for. Cheaply done ones look crap.
