RR Vogue headrests

Having a problem with the front head restraints on a 2016 RangeRover Vogue SE.
The car has full electric seats but the angle of the headrest seems strange as it has a start position which very slightly inclines forward and only tilts further forward. I’m okay as I have my seat back slanted rear wards but my wife finds it uncomfortable.
It has been suggested that it’s facing the wrong way which seems unlikely as then the tilt to the rear would be quite severe. Both front rest are the same.
Has anyone found this to be the case as the dealer isn’t too local and it doesn’t warrant a trip to clarify.

If I recall correctly the angle of the headrest is manually adjustable, I.e, just give it a shuv backward to straighten it up a little.
