My car will not start and the garage has replaced some simple parts but suspect it may be oil pump failure, to know for sure they will of course need to strip alot down which will of course be a big invoice before even knowing if that is the case
Then no doubt a oil pump failure may have caused some other engine damages.
Leaves me with the issue of getting rid of the car or trying to sort the problem.
Assuming the possibilities of an engine refurb does anybody have first hand recommendations of companies that are able to do engine rebuilds, Welcome to Pm me if links are not allowed on the forums !
Hope somebody can assist

Not trying to be obtuse as you haven't given a full verbatim of the issue, but I would suggest taking it to a better garage.
Oil pump failure would lead to a seized engine. Any garage worth their salt would be able to identify a seized engine very quickly and would not bother changing simple components before diagnosing an oil pump as the issue.
If its not seized and just won't fire when cranked you have another issue. Any garage with a decent LR diagnostic tool should be able to make good headway with resolving it for you.
