Meridien Adaptive Audio - CarPlay

Hey Folks,

I've just purchased a Range Rover L405 - really happy with it. One thing is bothering me - and that's the adaptive audio. For example, when I'm playing a track through CarPlay, the first few seconds come through exactly as the track should - but then the treble volume drops and it sounds almost a little muted. I've read that the Meridien system has adaptive audio to "enhance the quality" - but it's actually make a dogs dinner of it and it sounds pretty poor on most tracks.

I can't find a way to turn this off in any settings menu's - but wondered if you'd had experience of it?
