Replacing a battery in a key fob
Discussion
Hello all,
Due to having to stand mere inches away from the door of my Disco in order for it to open I've decided on buying a new battery (and casing) for my key fob. The question is; how easy is it to replace without locking myself out the car. Is it a job for the garage? has anyone done it themselves from a Haynes manual? has anyone any advice
Cheers all!

Having changed the battery a fair few times on my fob, its usually just a matter of taking the old battery out, and replacing it. Your wont lose the connectin between the fob and the alarm, dont worry.
Not sure about replacing the casing though.
