Range Rover Velar

Hi all,

I have a Range Rover Velar, that I had to have recovered to my local dealership to have the keys replaced.

Long story short, 5 weeks on, they’ve really struggled to carry out the work competently and are looking for a £3000 bill. The say that crash mode was enabled on the car, and this is not their fault, that the car was damaged during recovery. I’ve asked them to pull, from the car logs, the exact date and time crash mode was activated. They claim this is impossible. Who’s correct - ie can the historical logs showing when crash mode was invoked be retrieved?
