Range Rover Paint??

New motor Spectral racing Red , mark in paint under topcoat and paint dull underneath grill has anyone else had problems??

Has it had a "smart repair" done by a previous owner / dealer ? If however the car is brand new its a trip back to the supplying dealer

Yep 4 months old, local Rover dealer agreed with me wants painting but Land Rover Solihull say not at fault , that’s why wondering if anyone had same problem?
