Which Parabolics?
Discussion
Well - I 'need' to change the springs anyway!
Paddocks do a full set for an 88 for £330 inc delivery. These are 2leaf front/3 leaf rear. (Presumably British Springs - made)
Chris Perfect do there own version (2 leaf/2 leaf) at £395 (unless you start adding Polybushes etc).
Anybody any experience with the different types?
Don't mind the extra if it's justified, but want to get it right first time!
Cheers

Ask whether the springs are "scragged". This involves compressing the spring fully then allowing it to relax - should reduce (remove) the likilihood fo sag as the spring ages.
I know of two Parabolic spring users, one on Rocky Mountain, the other on British Springs - both have no complaints. You'll need to change your dampers to some better gas-pressure types though. Try DeCarbons? Ask spring supplier for recommendations. Stock LR leaf spring dampers are not up to the job of controlling parabolic springs.
