Disco/RRC Fuel Pipe Fittings
Discussion
Posted this in Classic Cars but should have been here really.
I'm in the process of converting my 90 to 3.9i V8, and rather daftly I didn't remove the fuel supply pipes from the donor Disco. On the fuel rail there's a screwed connection for the fuel input. I're measured it at M12 x 1.0 (slightly unusual but a recognised thread) but I cannot find any fittings anywhere. Tried Pirtek and they just shrugged their shoulders. What I need is an appropriate, preferably barbed, hose tail to screw onto that rail fitting. Does anyone know where I can get one? Tried the usual LR parts suspects but not turned anything up yet.

I'm surprised Pirtek didn't try to help you more. I used to work for a depot some years ago. If you were to purchase a male male adapter from goodridge

You would then be able to use a regular bsp hose tail fitting held in stock. This should all be available from your local pirtek.

ATEC do virtually every fitting imaginable and they carry a lot of stock! I use them a lot at work
Not cheap but decent stuff

Hi,
I did the exact same conversion.
I used the following part to connect high pressure flexible rubber hose to the fuel rail:
TVR E2671 Fuel Rail Union
