I have a 2014 Range Rover Sport. This is Euro 5 Diesel.

The new london Low emissions zone starts in 2019 and needs Euro 6.

I have tried google but cant find anyone doing the upgrade - only people doing it for HGVs at large cost.

Does anyone know of anyone offering upgrades?

Thanks

Yes, sell your 2014 and buy a Euro 6 model.

Cars are validated to the Euro spec and then can't be changed, hence the issue with the new WLTP regime not allowing non approved cars being sold after 31/08/2018.

Thank you.

The TLF site does say one of the options is to get the vehicle modified ... which is why I started looking!

I believe that's only for commercial vehicles, and I'd wager the cost is not insignificant.

If you only go in occasionally, it's probably cheaper to pay the Kahn tax...

Thanks.

Snag is from 2021 the zone is within the north / south circular ... so there is little esacaping it and £12 a day x 365 is rather expensive!

With the FFRR, what model years are Euro 6 compliant? I presume all petrol engines are Euro 4 compliant?

I live just outside the south circular and I'm looking at a used FFRR.

I just sold my petrol AJ-V8 engined FFRR and that's definitely ULEZ compliant, I checked on the website. Ironically it's going to N Ireland where that's not really an issue (yet!).
