range rover suspension probs

my mate has got a range rover vogue tdv8 2011
took it to a garage for a service,they gave it a run out hit a pot hole and the suspension is staying up high.
they replaced a sensor but still has fault of riding high, its not showing a fault code, any clue what this could be ?

How much higher is it and has the new sensor been calibrated?

I don't believe them when they say its not showing a fault code.

Could be tracking and therefor the system is out of alignment? This can throw up errors on the suspension.
