Defender brake pads

There are cheap s
te parts, and there are reputable brands. Usually, the price is a reasonable indicator as to what's abysmal. Known braking system brands are unlikely to be terrible, while LR-specific brands may well vary. LR-branded will be extortionate.

Hi,
I found that Mintex pads on the rear of my 110" squealed and didn't get any better with or without the shims. No amount of disc cleaning or pad swapping made it quieter.
I changed to Bearmach pads on the recommendation of the garage I use and no further problems. They fit this brand to fleet vehicles which they service.
