Landy Roof Paint/Sealant

Is there such a thing as white rubberised paint? My Series III roof leaks and despite my best efforts with bathroom sealant (both inside and out!) I have been unable to totally cure it. The roof needs painting anyway so is it possible to kill two birds with one stone and have a freshly painted roof which is also leak free?

you need a tube of white PU7 polyeurethane seam sealant. it is also fully overpaintable or doesn't need it. It is a pro semi structural seam sealant. All good motorfactors sell it.
