Defender Puma wash wipe wiring

Calling all Defender wiring experts!
Just changed the wiper motor on my 2009 Defender Puma. However in all the excitement of replacing the dash, some of the wiring pins were dislodged from the back of the wash wipe stalk. Struggling to get the wires back on their correct pins and I'd be grateful for any help.
Also, if you could phrase any answer as though you were talking to a complete idiot, it'd be much appreciated. ie, blue/green on pin 1 etc etc
